This is in response to the other 1-star review left by Laura Leyva. Denice’s response perfectly encapsulates her character. Calling Laura’s statements inaccurate and not factual is simply a lie. Since the truth is apparently being disputed, here are the actual facts: 1. While your communication may not have been directly with us, you repeatedly ignored messages from our realtor and failed to return multiple phone calls throughout the process. 2. Regarding the key under the mat, please do not shift the blame to the seller. You were the only person present with us during the final walkthrough the day before closing, and you were the one carrying the bag of keys. Your version of events is simply untrue. On top of that, your attitude during the walkthrough was cold and dismissive — a complete contrast to the overly friendly persona you presented when showing the home initially. 3. Your claim that any “information shared during a transaction is based on the documentation and details available at the time” is also untrue. You told us the HOA fee was $485 per quarter but when we went to the management office they told us it was $669 per quarter. We even asked if it had recently changed and they looked back 3 years and it had never been the price you told us. The facts are clear, and we stand by them.
